Yes! Meditating by a flowing river -of traffic!- is one of my favourite practices 😆

So many people rushing about, so much motion and energy, and I don’t need to leave my backyard as long as I open my awareness!

such a cool idea, thanks!

I guess it takes courage and patience to practice such kind of presence and self-awareness in dialy life, but isn’t it makes life more interesting if perceive it as a play and reflection of one’s self)))

Sadly we’ve developed a kind of spiritual ego, dividing our own experienes and perceptions of deeds of others as ‘bad’ and ‘not spiritual’ overlooking ourselves. such an irony!

I always talk to my mom about the fact that going into the mountains to meditate islolated from the rest of the world is both cheating and selfish. I think the goal is to build societies where this state of mind is not a cruel and privileged individual excercise. Your approach to deal with the integration difficulties TODAY is probably the best one ive seen because its made in community and seeks to expand the community that supports that state across the world so its not an artificial device. Thank you, saludos camarada

Adding a semicolon to the it’s not x, it’s y formulation is a really nice way to salvage a perfectly good linguistic turn of phrase LLMs beat to death.
